Here is a list of produce we grow and a little bit of information on some of our favorites!
Tomatoes
Our favorite this season is the heirloom tomatoes. These are colorful tomatoes with a deeper flavor and a more authentic taste. Not only is the color pleasing to the eyes, but the taste is also pleasant.

These are great because they have sweet and tender stems, and they are great cooked and raw!

This season we have a delicious classic white cauliflower, which is great for salads as well as grilled!

Cucumbers
For cucumbers, we really enjoy the greenhouse slicers. These have a crispy and refreshing flavor. They are also burpless, which gives them a sweeter taste.

This season we have Giant bell peppers, this pepper comes in a variety of colors! they are a good all-around sweet pepper.

Greens
We have an excellent variety of greens! our favorite this season is the crispy cabbage. This is great for Coleslaw and Sauerkraut, these are both favorite dishes in our family.

Our favorite this season is the Baby lettuce which is good for a variety of things and the size makes it convenient for salads, and sandwiches.

This season we are growing two types of corn, sweet corn, and Indian corn. There is nothing like sweet corn hot off the grill! and the Indian corn is beautiful with all the different colors and makes a great decoration.

Squash
The classic butternut squash is one of our favorites. It is great for all your squash recipes, our family's favorite is a black bean and squash casserole recipe!

We grow a variety of flower that is not only pretty but also have a purpose in the garden. They attract pollinators and birds that will eat the pests.
